Order in snap store and not placed and not delivered, payment complet and not received yet
I paid the money for the order on snap store on may 3rd but the order was not placed and the amount was transferred. It's been 22 days already but my order has not arrived.

The order has been placed on 11th Oct but not yet been shipped. Still under process.
It takes very long time to process the order. Either process the order and ship early or cancel the order and refund the amount please.

Late shipping

My payment is done but there is no detail of my product i send email so my times
i paid my order on 5th sept 2023 with transaction ID - T230905****315193****83 through phone pe but the app is showing no such information for my order and there not a single update I got from their side even though i repeatedly sent them email for the issue I am facing .
Either give me my order or refund me the money i paid.
